In order to improve the accuracy of star centroid extraction of star sensor under single event effect condition,an on-orbit correction method based on PSF reference model was proposed. With the construction of star reference model and residual image correction, the proposed method could effectively accomplish single event effect noise elimination and star shape correction, which reduced star centroid error.Compared with existing methods, the proposed method could maintain the energy of stars while denoising.A simulation experiment certificated the effectiveness of the proposed method.A contrast experiment showed the superiority of the proposed method compared with other denoising algorithms.
A single particle effect in orbit correction method for star sensors based on the PSF reference model is proposed to address the problem of single particle noise damaging the morphological structure of navigation stars, causing an increase in centroid positioning error and affecting the attitude accuracy of star sensors. Studied the construction and parameter estimation method of star point PSF reference model under operating conditions. Finally, the correction of star points was completed through improved Gaussian edge window filtering. The simulation experimental results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively remove single particle noise, correct the morphology of noisy star points, protect the energy of star points from being destroyed, reduce the centroid positioning error of star points, and achieve better denoising performance than traditional algorithms.
