Affected by the international environment, the import components with high performance are at risk of embargo, and the domestic autonomous control of components is increasingly urgent. In aerospace field, the ecological environment that application of domestic components is weak, verification and application of core electronic components in satellite system is needed to find the problem existed in performance and application method, testing the advanced nature of core devices and availability under different conditions. According to the verification and application requirements of core electronic devices in star sensor, the integrated application of various core electronic devices in star sensor is realized. The independent guarantee rate of core electronic devices of star sensors reaches 100%, accelerating the promotion of core electronic devices and autonomous control of space equipment.
Star sensor is a complex high-precision photoelectric sensor, in which the photoelectric detection circuit requires low dark current and high signal-to-noise ratio, and a stable power system as support. Star image processing and attitude recognition algorithms depend on the design of a high-performance processing platform. This article conducts research on the application circuit design and monitoring software design of imported components with embargo risks. It analyzes the electrical parameter comparison of domestic components in alternative applications of star sensors, and provides the method and results of star sensor circuit design based on domestic devices. This provides a reference for the autonomous control of star sensor components and reduces the dependence on highly reliable and high-performance components.
